An Exhaust is the first point of performance modification.  A stock or OEM exhaust will inhibit your performance by restricting exhaust flow exiting your engine.  To improve exhaust flow from your engine, you will need to choose an aftermarket exhaust from above. 

An exhaust will improve your performance, as well as give you a more aggressive sound.  Each exhaust has a unique tone and some are louder than others, but most will offer a moderate improvement in sound quality.

Aftermarket exhausts look much better than a stock exhaust and come in many different styles.
